Seriously though…
Who the f*?# is that Jonathan Randall guy?
Jonathan Randall is a comedic artist living in NYC who hopes it doesn't sound too pretentious to refer to himself as a comedic artist. Jonathan made his stage debut in Miami Beach, Florida, where he dressed up for his younger sister’s 10th birthday party. This impromptu spectacle led to him being locked in a closet for all future family festivities.
In the year of the Dragon, free from imprisonment and inspired by his somewhat miraculous graduation from high school, Jonathan made the pilgrimage to Israel to find God. This was unsuccessful. Thus Jonathan moved to New York City to study film and writing at the New School University. He enrolled in a class called “Absurd & Twisted Comedy Writing”, during which time the professor was quietly fired due to an unscrupulous cocaine habit. Blessed by the cosmic grace of Jupiter in retrograde, the replacement professor shifted the focus of the course to Stand Up Comedy, where Jonathan slayed his final exam at one of NYC’s top comedy clubs, giving him a false sense of how easy a career in comedy would be.
Since then, Jonathan has become a creature of the stage. He performs nightly throughout NYC and has garnered applause across Canada, Europe, and Asia. Jonathan was the second comedian ever to perform in Siem Reap, Cambodia, annihilated a German tourist in a rap battle on an uncomfortably long train ride in Poland, and successfully put the warm in warm-up comedian on “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert”. His writing credits include TV show pilots “That's Reality” & “Swipers”, some shows on MTV you've never watched, and a very heartfelt card for his grandmother's 93rd birthday.
Jonathan is that same Jonathan Randall guy who appears on Comedy Central, ABC, MTV, TruTV, SiriusXM, in addition to a slew of commercials, podcasts, pilots, sketches, short films, and even regular length films like "The Other Guys", but he doesn't like to brag.
Catch Jonathan live, or get in touch to paint him like one of your French girls.
